Make sure all your contacts have a category assigned to them. This is best done by changing your current view to “By Category”

Step 2
From Outlook, choose File, Import and Export

Step 3
Select Import from another program or file

Step 4
Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)

Step 5
Select your MIS2PALM.CSV output file

Step 6
Select the Contacts destination folder

Step 7
Once the file is selected, make sure the box to the left of Import is selected. Next you will have to map the fields

Step 8
Map the fields by dragging the field from the left to the corresponding field on the right.
Click OK to exit mapping, then click Finish

Step 9
Right Click on the (none) category, select Categories

Step 10
Select the category you want you MIS data to be displayed under. When I get to this point, all the categories are selected. I must first unselect all of them, only leaving the category I want selected.

Step 11
When you are ready to update your MIS information in outlook, just delete the entire category and follow steps 1 thru 9 again.
